President and CEO

Stephen D. Rosen is the founder, President and CEO for TV Magic Inc. Since 1990 Steve has grown TV Magic into a respected broadcast systems integrator with over 200 completed projects and offices in San Diego and Los Angeles.

Steve has worked with many clients including CBS, FOX, Warner Bros., Telemundo, Trinity Broadcasting Network, Crystal Cathedral, Pacific Television Center, and Benny Hinn Ministries.

With over 13 years experience in all aspects of the broadcast industry including part ownership and management of a Univision network television affiliate and several Low Power Television stations, Steve has actively managed a network operations center (Director of Operations) in all phases of broadcasting and strategic planning, including, the coordination of broadcast operations and programming to over 400 network affiliates worldwide.

Steve's knowledge, background and experience at all levels of broadcast communications enable him to identify the needs, priorities, and preferences of the customer. Steve works to creatively provide elegant solutions that operate within the budget to minimize cost and maximize ROI.
